Ace-Gnosis provides corporate strategy solutions and human capital management development designed to create relationships locally, nationally and internationally.  This includes providing services to small to medium sized diverse entities, government, major corporations and educational institutions.


Ace-Gnosis assesses corporate initiatives and strategies used to determine best value, service effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.

Leadership

Mr. John Marshall specializes in supplier diversity program evaluation and development, minority business development consulting, and strategic identification of subcontracting opportunities. He has worked with minority, women, gay and lesbian, and service disabled veteran business owners to identify barriers and obstacles to utilization of companies of diverse backgrounds and cultures. 


On the technical side, he has prepared annual supplier diversity budgets and work plans to support proposals and internal diversity programs.  Mr. Marshall is at his best when developing management training workshop based on data and information collected from his interventions.

Mr. Marshall is known for his in-depth federal and private sector experiences as well as his ability to prioritize minority-based issues and interests in the form of goals and management plans
